Bio:

Jared has helped some of the leading retail brands connect with customers in a meaningful way for over 10 years.  As Director of Customer Retention at ModCloth he orchestrates email, push and direct mail along with a variety of other touchpoints to create and maintain loyal, repeat customers.  He is endlessly curious to solve the right message, right audience, right timing equation with a focus on adding incremental value in addition to creating moments of delight.  Outside of work Jared is a life-long surfer making regular trips to Indonesia along with enjoying all but the very biggest days at his home break in San Francisco.
