Bio:

Jennifer is the Vertical lead of the Healthcare and Media/Technology vertical for Epsilon’s Customer Success team. She has been working in the digital marketing space for over ten years with an expertise in email marketing. For the past eight years she has been with Epsilon working with clients on the PeopleCloud Messaging platform.

Throughout her time with Epsilon she held various roles across Client Services, supporting clients to ensure flawless support of their marketing programs, client satisfaction and success for their messaging initiatives. Jennifer, most recently joined Epsilon’s Customer Success team in 2021, and brings a passion for partnering with clients to provide strategic direction, industry expertise and deep knowledge of Epsilon’s technologies to drive growth and success in their messaging programs to achieve their business goals.
